摘要
合成3种含有聚氧乙烯基的有机代汞缓蚀剂:癸烷基(三)氧乙烯醚(PTO)、癸烷基(三)氧乙烯醚磷酸酯(PTE)及其钾盐、N (3 三氧乙烯癸烷氧 2 羟)丙基 N,N,N 三甲基氯化铵(NTC)。3种有机代汞缓蚀剂分别属于非离子型、阴离子型和阳离子型的表面活性剂,通过锌粉析氢实验和锌电极极化曲线测试检测了其缓蚀效果。结果表明:阳离子型缓蚀剂NTC吸附性能好,缓蚀效率较高;阴离子型缓蚀剂PTE次之;非离子型缓蚀剂PTO由于碱溶性小,缓蚀效率较低。
Three kinds of organic mercurysubstituting inhibitors for alkaline zinc manganese battery including PTO,PTE and NTC were synthesized based on the molecular structure design. Their inhibiting properties were investigated by methods of collecting gas and Tafel polarization curves. The results showed that all of them were anodic inhibitors. Inhibiting effects of them were related to the quantity and molecule structure of inhibitors.
