摘要
介绍了一种基于SIMATIC S7-200实现步进电动机控制的方法,利用PLC的PTO功能产生脉冲信号控制步进电机,可以实现步进电动机的调速控制和精确定位控制,具有定位精度高,参数设置方便等优点。
A method of step-motor control based on SIMATIC-S7-200 is introduced in this paper. The step-motor is controlled by the impulse signals which are generated from the PTO function of PLC. In this way,the step-motor can run in accordance,and its speed and position could be controlled precisely. This method has the advantages of high positioning accuracy,easily settingt parameters,etc.
