摘要
常规的螺旋压缩圆弹簧横向刚度分析方法确定的铁道机车车辆轴箱弹簧横向刚度理论值与试验值相对误差较大 ,现将现有计算螺旋压缩圆弹簧横向刚度公式中的计算高度进行修正 ,导出确定轴箱弹簧横向刚度计算式 ,理论值与试验值间的最大相对误差小于 12 % 。
The relative error between theory and test value will become greater if the lateral stiffness of axle - box spring for rail vehicles and locomotive is calculated in conventional lateral stiffness analysis method of the spiral compression round spring In this paper, the calculated height in conventional calculated formula has been revised so as to result in new lateral stiffness formula of axle - box spring In this case, the greatest relative error between theory and test value is less than 12 percent and it meets the require of engineering
