摘要 目的 :探讨抑郁症患者血小板细胞浆和细胞膜蛋白激酶C(PKC)的变化及其意义。 方法 :采用 [3 H]12 ,13 二丁酰佛波醇酯 (PDBu)结合法 ,测定 2 3例抑郁症患者和 10名正常对照者的血小板细胞浆和细胞膜PKC水平。 结果 :与正常对照组比较 ,抑郁症组血小板胞膜PKC水平显著降低 ,血小板胞浆PKC水平差异无显著性。 结论 Objective:To investigate the level of protein kinase C (PKC) in platelets of depressed patients. Method:Protein kinase C was determined by using [ 3 H] phorbol dibutyrate(PDBu) as the radioligand in the cytosolic and membranal fractions of platelets in depressed patients and normal controls. Results:[ 3 H] PDBu binding ability with PKC in membranal fraction of depressed patients was significantly lower than that of the controls. There was no difference in [ 3 H] PDBu binding ability with PKC in cytosolic fraction between the two groups. Conclusion: Changes of protein kinase C may play a role in the etiology of depression.
