20钢渗碳淬火应力与畸变的有限元计算 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了淬火冷却过程中应力与畸变计算的基本原理 ,对 2 0钢渗碳层中碳的分布进行了非线性回归处理 ,建立了渗层的碳分布模型。对 2 0钢渗碳后的淬火应力与畸变进行了有限元计算。结果表明 。 The calculation principle of quenching stress and distortion is introduced in this paper.A carbon distribution model in the carburized layer of 20 steel is built by nonlinear reducing of the data.The quenching stress and distortion of carburized 20 steel are calculated by finite element.The results show that the stress value of theory calculation coincides with that of the experimental measurement.
