摘要
应用模糊数学原理和灰色理论,建立了快速、准确地预测工程实际造价的数学模型。同时,也为电子计算机在煤矿建设投标中的应用开辟了新的途径。
This paper presents a mathematical model by use of fuzzy mathematics and gray theory for estimating engineering cost in a fast and accurat way. Meanwhile, a new approach for the application of microcomputer in coalmine construction tender is developed
