摘要
运用模糊数学的理论,建立了适用于建井投标决策的数学模型,使建井投标决策程序化、科学化,并在计算机上予以实现。
This paper applied fuzzy theory to establish a mathematical model for the mine construction tender decision, and the tender decision can be done by computers.
