摘要
采用FATT50方法可测定材料的韧脆转变温度。在用该方法对材料进行韧脆转变温度试验时,就如何掌握操作过程及断口的正确处理和曲线的绘制进行了叙述,同时对操作过程中可能出现的误差作了分析。这些因素都将是准确测出材料韧脆转变温度的关键。
How to adopt the testing method of FATT50 correctly, to make experiments of ductilebrittle transition temperature, to grasp the reasonable operation procedure, to measure the percentage of brittle fracture and to draw the curve accurately are the important questions and discuss in this paper. All this factors are the key point for determination the ductilebrittle transition temperature. The analysis error in operation procedure, treatmant, measure and draw the curve of samples is introduced.
