波形刃铣刀片温度场和应力场的耦合分析

摘要 为研究波形刃铣刀片在铣削过程中温度场和应力场的耦合状况,探求刀片的失效机理,依据金属切削理论、铣削温度试验及铣削力试验,建立了温度场和应力场有限元分析的边界条件.采用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行了温度场和应力场的有限元分析,并且进行了这两种物理场的耦合分析,得出了耦合状况下铣刀片等效应力的分布规律和受力变形情况,为铣刀片的三维槽型开发和优化设计打下了基础. In order to research coupling condition of temperature field and stress field during the milling and search for disabled mechanism of wave _ edge insert, boundry condition of finite element analysis was built on base of metal cutting theory and milling temperature experiment and milling force experiment. Finite element analysis of temperature field and stress field was processed by using ANSYS, and coupling analysis of the two sort of physis field was carried out. The equivalent stress distribution regulation and tile forced deformed state were obtained, The base was built for groove exploitation and optimism design.
