摘要
节能节水是城市轨道交通车辆外部清洗系统的两个重要指标。介绍了洗车系统节能优化设计方面的有效措施。提出了一种全新的水泵调速节能型喷洗水系统及其原理和关键技术。
The outside - surface washing system for UMT vehicles is one of the key affiliated equipmemt in the technical process of maintenance. Energy - saving and water - saving are two important indexes, which are obtained from the effective measurements on the basis of factual engineering and statistical data. This paper introduces a new washing system with variable speed pump, the working principle as well as the key technique, argues that the system has a potential value in the fields of urban rail transit maintenance.
