摘要
介绍了聚合物光纤常用材料甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和几种引发剂的精制方法,并通过实验和分析,提出了MMA单体精制的较佳方案。对MMA精制尾气进行净化处理,加强对蒸汽的冷凝,并用Na2S2O8溶液和乙醇吸收残余尾气,MMA收集率可达95%以上,有效解决尾气的污染问题。
The purification methods for methyl methacrylate(MMA), which is commonly used in preparation of polymer optical fibers, and several polymerization initiators are introduced.A better method for purifying MMA is put forward. Decreasing the temperature of condensation water and adopting Na2S2O8 solution and alcohol as absorption agents are used to decontaminate the end gases from MMA distillation. The collection rate of MMA achieves more than 95%, and the pollution problem is effectively solved.
