摘要
SARS疫情尽管得到了有效遏制或控制 ,但对这一社会和自然现象的历史过程进行反思 ,运用系统科学的思想 ,分析和说明抗击SARS是由社会政治、经济、科技、文化、教育、管理、心理、伦理和法律等要素构成的一项巨大的社会系统工程 ,而且 ,只有通过这些要素间的相互协调、密切配合 ,才能形成系统的整体功能 ,并最终战胜和消灭SARS这一疫魔 。
SARS(severe acute respiratory syndrome) is a large social systematic project and a natural or a social phenomena involving many elements including social politics, economy, scientific technology, culture, education, administration, psychology, ethics, and legislation, etc. Despite SARS have been keep within limits or controlled effectively within our country, so far, it also should been rethought, analyzed and account for, by systematic thought methods, the implication in the elements above. The author suggested that the unique way to conque and destroy SARS is, by the experience, keep assort with and cooperation nearly between these elements above.
