摘要
研究了三羟甲基氨基甲烷——醋酸底液中,食用色素酒石黄在汞电极上的吸附性和反应机理.pH=8.2时,酒石黄在-0.70V 产生一尖锐吸附还原峰,峰高与浓度在9.6×10^(-10)~2.8×1^(-7)mol/L 范围内成良好的线性关系.用此法可不经分离,直接测定食品及药片糖衣中酒石黄的含量.
The adsorption characteristic and reaction mechanism of tartrazinehave been investigated by single sweep voltammetry in 0.01 mol/L Tris-0.005mol/L HAc.The tartrazine can produce a sensitive adsorptive wave(E_p=-0.70V).The height of peak is proportional to the concentrationof tartrazine in the range of 9.6×10^(-10)~2.8×10^(-7)mol/L.This methodhas been used for the determination of tartrazine in food and sugar-coaton the surface of pill.The satisfactory results were obtained.
