摘要
本文从一项关于我国企业信息技术应用情况的调查入手,探讨了企业信息化过程中的数字化与数据化管理的差异。从分析早期企业管理科学及当前众多的企业管理理论,指出其内涵都离不开数据化管理,因而,企业数据化管理应是现代企业管理的核心。文章进一步阐述了在数字时代条件下企业数据化管理的硬件环境以及软件平台(方法与内容),特别指出统计学方法是数据化管理的基本方法,企业数据化管理就是在管理过程中完成定量数据与定性数据的采集、处理、统计、分析与决策。进一步指出企业的数据化管理的文化内涵是要与中国的实际相结合,决不能生搬硬套国外的现成模式。只要保证数据质量,应用数据构筑生产作业和管理流程,进行微观与宏观决策,就能全面提升企业整体运营的过程能力和效率。最后提出了有关推动企业数据化管理的建议。
This article cited a survey report for the application of IT to enterprises of China, and discussed the differences between the concepts both digitalization and datalizationn in the process of IT complementation in Enterprises. In this article the authors reviewed the management science in the early stage and commended some modern management theories, pointed that their common base is datalization management, therefore the datalization management for enterprises should be the core of modern enterprises management. It introduced the hardware environment and software platform (method and insight) to datalization management for enterprises of China in digital time. Also, it emphasized the statistical method is the most basical method, the process of complementing datalization management includes the collection of data, processing, statistics, analysis, and decision. This article mentioned that cultural insight of enterprises datalization management needs the combination of both the real situation of China and it, directly and simply moving the original foreign version to Chinese enterprises is definitely unsuccessful. Finally, the authors presented some suggestions about pushing complementation of datalization management for enterprises in China.
