摘要
[目的]观察散结消瘤汤治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效。[方法]120例患者随机分为治疗组(n=80,口服散结消瘤汤 )和对照组(n=40,口服桂枝茯苓胶囊)。两组均3个月为1个疗程 ,连续服用2个疗程。两组治疗前后取血 ,测定血清雌二醇(E2)含量及血液流变学变化。[结果]治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为93 75%和85%。治疗后治疗组E2 显著下降 ,而对照组则无明显变化。治疗组治疗后全血粘度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原等较治疗前有显著降低(P<0.05,0.01) ,而对照组纤维蛋白原无明显变化。
To observe the clinical effect of Sanjie Xiaoliu Dectoction(SXD) on hysteromyoma. All cases were randomly divideed into treatment group(n=80,given SXD)and contrl group(n=40,Guizhi Fuling Capsule)In these two groups 3 monthes were one course and the medicine were taken for two menstrual cycle.The E2 and blood rheology were examined before and after treatment for all patients. The total effective rate were 93.75% in treatment group and 85% in controt group.E2 in treatment group was decreased obviously while in controt group had no obyoius di_ fference after treatment Blood viscocity,packed cell volume and fibrinogen intreatment group were lower after treatment than before(P<0.05,0.01)But the fibrinogen showed no differentce in control group. [Conclusion]SXD is superior Guizhi Fuling capsule on treating hysteromyoma.
