摘要
目的：分析研究腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术对患者血液黏度相关指标的影响。方法：将2012年3月-2013年2月于本院采用开腹剔除术进行治疗的34例子宫肌瘤患者为对照组,并以同期采用腹腔镜切除术治疗的34例患者为观察组,然后将两组患者术前1d、术后（1、3、5）d的血液黏度相关指标进行检测与比较。结果：观察组术后（1、3、5）d的血液黏度相关指标均低于对照组,观察组术后3d明显高于其他时间,P均＜0.05,均有显著性差异。结论：腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术对患者血液黏度相关指标的影响更为积极,患者术后微循环状态相对更佳。
Objective：To analyze and study the influence of laparoscopic myomectomy for the blood viscosity related indexes of patients.Methods34 patients with uterine myoma and treated with open myomectomy in our hospital from March 2012 to February 2013 were selected as control group,34 cases treated with laparoscopic myomectomy at the same time were selected as observation group,then the blood viscosity related indexes of two groups at 1st day before the treatment and at 1st,3rd and 5th day after the treatment were compared. Results：The blood viscosity related indexes of observation group at 1st,3rd and 5th day after the treatment were all lower than those of control group,and those indexes of observation group at 3rd day after the treatment were obviously higher than those at other time,all P〈0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion：The influence of laparoscopic myomectomy for the blood viscosity related indexes of patients is more active,and the microcirculation of patients is relatively better.
