Rb基因产物与原发性肝癌的生物学特性及预后关系的研究 被引量：4

摘要 为探讨Rb蛋白与原发性肝癌生物学特性及预后的关系 ,笔者应用免疫组化SABC法检测Rb蛋白在原发性肝癌及肝硬化组织中的表达。结果显示Rb蛋白在原发性肝癌组织中的表达明显低于肝脏良性病变组 (P <0 .0 1) ,有淋巴结转移组高于无淋巴结转移组 ,与TNM分期有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。提示Rb基因蛋白的表达异常可能在原发性肝癌发生发展过程中具有重要作用 ,检测Rb蛋白表达 ,有助于对原发性肝癌的生物学行为及预后的评价。
