摘要
目的探讨肝癌相关的新基因BC 0 4 7 4 4 0在肝细胞癌(HCC)中的表达及其病理学意义。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)半定量检测3 6例HCC及其相应的癌旁肝组织中BC 0 4 7 4 4 0 mRNA的表达,并将该基因在HCC中的表达分为过高表达组及较高表达组,分析其与肿瘤病理变化的关系。结果3 6例HCC中BC 0 4 7 4 4 0基因mRNA的表达较癌旁肝组织高,其平均光密度比值分别为0.2 5 9 4±0.0 9 2 8和0.0 9 4 2±0.0 4 4 3,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.0 1);过高表达组与较高表达组相比较,前者肝癌直径较大,门静脉受侵较严重,差异有显著性(P<0.0 5)。结论BC 0 4 7 4 4 0基因与HCC的发生、发展和侵袭转移有关。
Objective To study the BC047440 mRNA expression in human hepatocellular carcinoma tissues, and the role of BC047440 gene in the carcinogenesis and development of human hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Specimens from 36 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and their corresponding adjacent non-cancerous tissues were examined for BC047440 mRNA expression by polymerase chain reaction after reverse transcription (RT-PCR) . Results ( 1 ) the BC047440 mRNA expression in specimens of 36 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma was higher than that in their adjacent non-cancerous tissues ( 0. 2594 ± 0. 0928 and 0. 0942 ± 0. 0443, respectively, P 〈 0. 01 ). (2) In BC047440 mRNA over expression group, the tumor was bigger, and invasion of portal was more severe than those in BC047440 mRNA high expression group( all P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The expression of BC047440 gene may be related to the cancinogenesis, the growth, infiltration and metastasis of human hepatocellular carcinoma.
