摘要
阐述影响肾病发展的 1 8种危险因素以及如控制血压、ACEI治疗、控制糖尿病血糖、饮食措施等相应的干预疗法 ,每种疗法按照其对肾脏保护作用大小而被赋与一个推荐水平。
This article summarized 18 possible risk factors involved in the progression of renal disease and some interventions such as controlling blood pressure,controlling blood glucose in diabetes, and dietary measures, with each intervention assigned a level of recommendation according to the strength of evidence supporting its renoprotective efficacy.We suggest that the multiple risk factor intervention is a plausible approach to the formidable problem of progression of renal diseases for which no specific therapy is available.
