摘要
本文研究了在硫酸介质中,溴催化溴酸钾氧化甲基红而褪色这一新指示反应,找到了测量痕量溴的适宜条件。本文提供的分光光度法灵敏度为1.3×10^(-3)μg/ml,测定范围0—15μg/ml。本动力学分光光度法巳用于测定纯化学试剂中的痕量溴。
Suitable conditions for the determination of trace amounts bromine by using a new, indicator reaction on the basis of the oxidation of methyl red with potassium bromate in sulfuric acid catalysed decoloration reac tion by bromine itself are stuided in this article.
The sensitivity of spectrophotometry is 1.3x10^(-3)μg. ml^(-1).The range of determination is, 0 to 600 ng·ml^(-1) for bromine.
The kinetic spectrophotometric method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts bromine in pure chemical reagents.
