摘要
中医应用“以脏补脏”一法历史久远 ,但对这一治疗方法之精义 ,无论从中医理论本身还是从现代医学角度 ,均存在审视不足之憾。以中医理论与临床实践为依托 ,对以脏补脏从口服耐受的角度加以探讨 ,重点阐述了应用以脏补脏时脏器同源程度、有无变性、剂量依赖以及中药的可能协同作用对治疗器官特异性自身免疫性疾病的潜在影响。通过讨论 ,挖掘以脏补脏治法中的合理内核 ,开拓治疗思路 ,提高治疗效果。
It has been a long history for the method of Yi Zang Bu Zang (YZBZ) treating suffered organ with that derived from animals applied in traditional Chinese medicine.Up to now,however,the mechanism of YZBZ has neither from the TCM theories nor from the theories of modern medicine been discussed.In this paper,the relationships between YZBZ and oral tolerance were investigated based on the theories and clinical practice of TCM.For the application of YZBZ method in the treatment of organ specific autoimmune diseases,some factors should be identified such as the homologous degree of the tolerogen,if the tolerogen denatured or not,dose dependence and the synergetic effects of tolerogen with Chinese herbs.This is aimed at enriching the therapeutic thoughts and improving therapeutic effects on autoimmune diseases.
