摘要
目的 :探讨分层次、分阶段实习对护生临床工作能力的影响。方法 :对 2 0 0 1年10月— 2 0 0 2年 6月在外科实习的 99级大专护生 5 9人实施分层次、分阶段实习 (实验组 ) ,并与 2 0 0 0年 10月—2 0 0 1年 6月在外科实习的98级大专护生 42人按传统模式实习 (对照组 )者进行对照。结果 :实验组护生的综合技能成绩、带教老师对护生工作能力的满意度均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :分层次。
Objective: to probe into the affect of probation in different levels and phases on clinical working ability of probationers. Method: a total of 59 probationers of 99 grade practiced in surgical department from Oct. 2001 to Jun. 2002 were as test group. Probationers of test group had clinical practice in different levels and phases. Another 42 probationers of 98 grade as control group who had practiced in surgical department from Oct. 2000 to Jun. 2001 in traditional ways. Results: both the score of comprehensive skills of test group probationers and the satisfaction degree of teacher towards working ability of probationers of test group were superior to that of probationers in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: carrying out probation in different levels and phases in college nursing students may promote their clinical working ability.
