摘要
目的 :探讨氯氮平对乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的影响。方法 :采用自身前后对照的方法分别于治疗前和治疗后第 1、2、4、6周测定胆碱酯酶活性 ,用 PANSS、TESS评定疗效和副反应。结果 :治疗后第 1、2、4、6周血清胆碱酯酶活性较治疗前均显著降低 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论
Objective:To explore the effects of clozapine on serum cholinesterase activity in schizophrenic patients.Methods:Using self controlled study to determine the serum cholinesterase activity before treatment and at 1,2,4,6 week after treatment.Effects and side effects were evaluated with PANSS and TESS.Results:Serum cholinesterase activity after treatment with clozapine was significantly lower than that before treatment.Conclusion:Clozapine had significant inhibition on serum cholinesterase activity.
