摘要
中等职业教育投资不足是限制其进一步发展的主要原因之一。应制定职业教育投资法律法规,加大政府投资力度,鼓励社会力量参与职业教育投资,发展民办职业教育,规范个人成本负担,引入市场机制,提高投资效益,以保障职业教育的发展需要。
Insufficient investment of secondary vocational education is one of the main reason to restrict its development.We should lay down the law and regulations in the investment of secondary vocational educa-tion,strengthen the investment of government,encourage social power to participate the investment of voca-tional education,develop non-governmental vocational education,regulate personal cost share,bring in market mechanism,improve the efficancy of investment so as to guarantee the development of vocational education.
