试验用附加气厌氧内循环反应器的设计与制作 被引量:7

摘要 针对内循环厌氧反应器对低浓度、有毒有害有机废水的处理因产气量不足而不能正常运行的弱点 ,采用强制性附加气提高循环气量而加大内循环量使其在处理两类废水时达到高的处理效率 ,设计与制作了一种实验用附加气内循环反应器 ,通过对比试验发现 ,该反应器较普通内循环反应器启动时间缩短 38d,最大容积负荷提高2 0 % ,进水浓度为 5 0 0 mg/ L Focusing on the defects of internal circulation reactor couldn't operate regularly when it was used to treat wastewater with toxic and low concentration of organic matter , the utilization of additional gas can improve treatment efficiency by increasing sludge quantity of the internal circulation. A experimental facility of additional gas internal circulation has been designed and made. Results showed : the start up period of additional gas IC reactor could shorten 38 d than that of traditional IC reactor .It also improved the organic rate 20%.It can operate regularly when was used to treat wastewater which the concentration of COD is 500 mg/L.
