摘要
分别采用萃取和厌氧的方法处理高质量浓度化纤废水,探索了处理高质量浓度己内酰胺生产废水的可行性。试验结果表明,采用萃取和厌氧的方法均能较好地去除废水中的有机物,尤其是苯甲酸;采用厌氧法处理高质量浓度己内酰胺生产废水成本更低而且效果更好,为处理该种废水的适宜方法。
The high - concentration waste water from caprolactam production was treated by extraction and anaerobic processes respectively to study the feasibility of treatment of high - concentration waste water. The test results show that, the organic substances especially benzoic acid in the waste water can be removed preferably with either extraction or anaerobic method; Anaerobic method is the better process to treat the high - concentration waste water in caprelactam production at lower cost and with better treatment efficieney.
