摘要
ZnWO_4∶Cr^(3+)激光晶体在固体介质中退火后,在490和700nm 处的吸收明显下降,在916nm 的荧光强度明显增强。研究了退火对晶体光谱特性的影响,对退火机制与氧扩散和相变之间的关系进行了分析。
The absorption value of annealed crystal ZnWO_4:Cr^(3+) in solidmatrices decreases substantially at two main absorption bands in 490 and 700nm,and fluorescence intensity of the crystal is enhanced at 916 nm.Effect ofannealing on the spectrum character of the crystal is investigated.Relationbetween annealing and oxygen diffusion and phase transition is discussed.
