摘要
阐述了控制冷却技术的可选方式以及钢板纵向、横向、上下表面的温度均匀控制策略 ,并据此提出了在现场实际生产中的具体实现方案、控制方法以及自学习等。应用结果表明 ,该控冷系统设计达到了冷后板温均匀一致性的目的 。
Starting with the basic thought and control strategy of controlled cooling the available mode of controlled cooling and the temperature symmetrical control strategy along the steel plate's thickness and transverse direction, on upper and bottom surface, and reasonable schemes, control method and self-learning etc are introduced. The results show, the design of controlled cooling system achieves the purpose of plate temperature consistency after cooling, which offers the methods and paradigm to modify controlled cooling system in our country's medium and heavy plate rolling mills.
