摘要
研究了耐候钢 0 5 Cu PCr Ni冷轧板的硬化曲线 ,变形抗力模型 ,退火后力学性能并给出了理论再结晶温度初步测试结果。结果表明 1.6 m m与 2 .0 m m厚冷轧板在 6 0 0℃退火 0 .5 h后其力学性能满足该钢种的技术标准要求 ,1.6 mm厚冷轧板理论再结晶开始温度为 5 10~ 5 2 0℃ ,2 .0 m m厚冷轧板为 5 2 0~ 5
The work hardening curve,deformation resistance model and mechanical properties of annealed weather resisting steel were studied,and some preliminary measured results of theoretical recrystallization temperature were obtained The results show that mechanical properties of 1 6 mm and 2 0 mm thickness cold rolled plates which was satisfied the requirements of the technical standard of the steel annealed at 600 ℃ for half hour,and the theoretical recrystallization starting temperature is from 510 to 520 ℃ for 1 6 mm thickness plate and from 520 to 530 ℃ for 2 0 mm thickness plate
