摘要
研究了正偏析元素Mn和反偏析元素Si对铸铁基体显微硬度分布的影响。结果表明:随Mn含量的提高,共晶奥氏体分解产物区和枝晶奥氏体分解产物区边缘处显微硬度明显提高;随Si含量的提高,枝晶奥氏体分解产物和共晶奥氏体分解产物中心处显微硬度明显提高;Mn、Si的合适搭配能使枝晶奥氏体和共晶奥氏体分解产物区的显微硬度分布相对均匀。
The effect of positive segregation element Mn and negative segregation element Si on matrix microhardness distribution of grey cast iron have been investigated. The results show: with the increase of Mn content, the microhardness of the outer region structure decomposed from austenite dendrite and eutectic austenite is obviously increased. And with the. increase of Si content, the microhardness of the inner region structure decomposed from austinite dendrite and eutectic austenite is obviously increased. A rational match of Mn and Si content can make microhardness distribution moreuniform in both eutectic austinite.
