摘要
介绍了近20年来欧美发达国家的"旧工业建筑再利用"的开发模式,并阐述了成功的建筑作品对人们的思想观念的影响,把旧工业建筑看作是整个社会经济体系中的一种产品,视其为城市发展的一个契机.通过对国内外旧工业建筑更新改造概况的介绍,说明了旧工业建筑改造性再利用的意义与可行性,提出在沈阳铁西工业区改造过程中对旧工业建筑改造性再利用的现实意义,并对沈阳市铁西区的旧工业建筑进行分类整理,提出再利用趋向.介绍沈阳低压开关厂旧工业建筑的具体改建项目的设计理念,改造手法,为旧工业建筑的更新改造提供有益的理论依据.
The exploiting pattern of 'Reuse of old industrial buildings' in Western Europe and America in the past twenty years is introduced and the impact of successful'reuse'works on public perception are explained.Old industrial buildings are regarded as one kind of products in social economic system as well as a juncture in the development of cities.The significance and possibility of restoring and reusing old industrial buildings through relative instances at home and abroad are clarified.The old industrial buildings in Tiexi industrial district of Shenyang are classified and ways of restoration and reuse are proposed.The designing conception of restorative project of Shenyang Low Voltage Switch Factory is introduced,which provides a meaningful reference for the renovation of industrial district.
