摘要
介绍了国外旧工业建筑改造更新的实践 ,总结了其改造更新产生的动因 ,并提出了我国旧城更新建设中旧工业建筑改造更新的意义 .指出改造更新旧工业建筑不仅仅是因为旧工业建筑本身与其它建筑类型一样具有潜在的社会、文化、生态价值 ,最重要的是由于旧工业建筑在国民经济中的主导地位 ,决定了它不论是过去 ,现在还是将来 ,都将在城市的发展中保持重要地位 .
In the process of developing cities, more and more people are paying attention to the reuse of the old industrial buildings. This paper introduces their practical actions in some foreign countries, summaries some of the motivations and puts forward the significance of this practice in China. In this paper,it is pointed out that we renovate old industrial buildings not only for their important economic and social values and cultural values, but also for their leading status in national economy.
