摘要
建立了高效毛细管电泳同时测定饲料中盐酸克伦特罗与沙丁胺醇的方法.通过对不同条件的考察,建立了电泳分析和样品前处理的最佳条件.方法对盐酸克伦特罗的添加回收率为83.2%-94.5%,最低检测限为0.02μg mL;对沙丁胺醇的添加回收率为82.5%-93.7%,最低检测限为0.03μg mL.
A method for the determination of clenbuterol and salbutamol in feeds by HPCE was set up. The conditions of sample pretreatment and electrophoretic analysis were optimized. The recoveries of clenbuterol were between 83.2 % and 94.5% with a detection limit of 0.02?μg/mL, while the recoveries of salbutamol were between 82.5% and 93.7% with a detection limit of 0.03?μg /mL.
