摘要
综述了近 10年来 ,β 环糊精及其衍生物在电泳分析和色谱分析两个方面的研究进展 ,并从结构修饰变化的角度指出 β 环糊精衍生物将在手性分离中所起的重要作用。
A review on the application of β cyclodextrin and its derivatives in analytical chemistry is presented in this paper, pertaining especially to capillary electrophoresis and chromatography, and according to the change of the modified β cyclodextrin groups, the importance of β cyclodextrin derivatives as chiral stationary phases (CSPs) is emphasized.
