摘要
采用连苯三酚自氧化法测定的结果表明,在余甘子果汁中,含有超氧化物歧化酶,每毫升鲜果汁含有的酶活力为964.28国际单位。对15位老年人进行的临床试验结果证明,在服用余甘子果汁2个月后,人体血液红细胞超氧化物歧化酶的活性明显提高,血浆中脂质过氧化物的含量降低。这说明,余甘子果汁具有抗衰老作用。
The inhibition potential of SOD from the fruit juice of Phyllanthus emblica L. on auto-oxidation pyrogallol is discussed in the present paper.Experiments showed that per millilitre fruit juice contained SOD with activity of 964.28 units.Clinical treatments for fifteen old people demonstrated that the juice could increase activity of SOD and reduce the content of LPO in human body. The results indicated that SOD from emblica possessed the function of antisenescence.
