摘要
调度自动化系统中图模一体化技术被广泛采用 ,该技术使得图形系统和设备模型紧密地耦合在一起。通用信息模型 (CIM )定义了电网设备的信息模型 ,并已成为工业标准。因此 ,研究和建立一套满足CIM要求的图形系统是实现调度自动化系统信息开放和标准化的关键课题之一。文中在研究了CIM等相关IEC标准的基础上 ,试图提出一种遵循IEC 6 1970CIM标准的新一代系统的图形系统。该图形系统可以在一定程度上满足调度自动化发展的需要。为此 ,在以下几个方面进行了研究 :以CIM为基础设计图形支撑平台 ,提出一个开放的图形模型 ;开发可自定义的图形建模工具 ,提高系统可扩展性 ;实现电网原始拓扑的在线自动生成 ,降低系统维护难度 ;
The technique of G.M.D. (viz. integration of graph, model and database) is widely used in the power dispatching automation system. This technique makes graphics system and device models closely coupled with each other. Meanwhile, CIM (common information model) defines the information model of power equipment and has been accepted as an industrial standard. Therefore, it is one of the key topics of power dispatching automation system standardization in implementing a CIM compliant graphics system. This paper attempts to develop a new EMS/DMS graphics system,which follows draft IEC standard 61970. Furthermore, the following problems are addressed: Designing a CIM based graphics system; Proposing an open graphics model; Developing a self defined graphics modeling tool; Enhancing the system expandability; Realizing online topology generation; Reducing the difficulty in system maintenance and Expanding offline planning modules in the real time online EMS/DMS system.
