摘要
介绍了静态水力旋流器压力场的理论分布规律 ,研究了旋流器内部受到离心力、径向作用力及切应力的情况。同时设计了压力场测试的实验工艺结构 ,利用高精度动态压力测量装置 ,测试出不同操作参数下静态水力旋流器旋流腔、大锥段、小锥段及尾管等不同轴向位置的压力场分布情况。对测得的压力场分布结果进行了分析 。
The centrifugal force,radial force and tangential stress inside hydro?_cyclones were analyzed. The process of test technology for pressure field was designed. By means of dynamic pressure units with high precision,the distributions of pressure fields in the different axial positions including rotary cavity,big and small taper segments and tail sleeve were analyzed under the different operation parameters. In accordance to the results of practical test of pressure distribution,the reliability of theoretical distribution rules was verified.The study result shows that the transformation and consumption of fluid energy inside hydro?_cyclone are closely related with pressure field distribution.
