摘要
给出了试验用油水分离水力旋流器的几何结构及各部分尺寸。油水分离模拟试验表明,当入口流量为5~6m3/h、分流比为2%~5%时,分离效率可达98%。
The geometric configuration of a hydroclone for oil-water separation is given,with dimensions of its component parts. A simulation test of oil-water separation shows that the separating efficiency of the hydroclone reaches 98 percent when the inlet flow rate is 5 ̄6m3/h and the rejection rate is 2% ̄5%.
