三论三江平原“排降蓄灌”水利 被引量:2

Draining precipitation and storing it for irrigation in Sanjiang Plain

摘要 三江平原是我省平原区水资源最丰富地区,也是我国水资源丰富地区;可利用水资源大于农业需水,又是余水区。因为时空分配不均匀,常发生洪涝渍旱碱灾害;而三江平原降水资源大于现阶段农业需水,且有丰富的地下水和可调控的地下水库;有利于采取建设以井灌为中心的"排降蓄灌",不同地区因地制宜,可组装不同组合的"排降蓄灌"水利。 Sanjiang Plain is the most rich area in water resources in Heilongjiang Province and it is also an area with plenty of water resources in China; and the utilizable water resources is more than the agriculture water requirement, it is an area with surplus water resources. Because the time and space distribution of water resources is not average, the calamity of flood,waterlogging,drought and alkalization often take place. And precipitation resources itself is more than the agriculture water requirement for the present and there is also adaptable and controllable underground reservoir and plenty of groundwater. It is available to take the measure of draining precipitation and storing it for irrigation in which well irrigation is central. Different combination of draining precipitation and storing it for irrigation should be taken according to situation in different areas.
