The Influence of the Improvement of Paecilomyces cicadidae Polysaccharides on Growth and Peripheral Blood Cells of Rats Treated by Cyclophosphamide

摘要 目的:研究蝉拟青霉多糖对正常及环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制大鼠生长及其外周血生化指标的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为4组,各只大鼠连续皮下注射相应药物21 d,处死大鼠后称脾脏和胸腺湿重,并计算湿重指数,常规方法测定大鼠外周血白细胞(WBC)数、血红蛋白(Hb)含量、电解质水平及蛋白含量,在全自动生化分析仪上分别以双试剂终点法、速率法测定酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活力。结果:蝉拟青霉多糖能使大鼠体重、胸腺湿重指数、外周血WBC数、Hb含量、总蛋白和球蛋白水平等显著提高,并能阻遏由环磷酰胺所致的抑制作用。结论:蝉拟青霉多糖能改善并调节大鼠营养状况和造血功能,从而增强机体的免疫功能。 Objective: To study the effects of Paecilomyces cicadidae polysaccharides (PcPS) on growth and peripheral blood ( PB) biochemistry index of normai or immuno-depressive rats induced by cyclophosphamide (Cy). Methods: The rats were randomly divided into four groups. Each rat was administered with corresponding drugs by subcutaneous injection for three weeks. Spleen and thymus of rats were weighed, and the wet weight index was calculated after they were killed. The activities of lac-tate dehydrogenase (LDH) and acid phosphatase (AGP) were detected by automatic biochemistry ana-lyzer. Results: Compared with control group, the weight of rats, the index of thymum, the WBC counts, the content of Hb, the contents of total protein and globulin were significantly increased by PcPS. The depressive effect of Cy was notably antagonized. Conclusion: PCPS can strengthen the im-mune function of rats by improving and regulating the nourishing condition and hemacytopoiesis of rats.
