介绍了基于计算机网络的自来水收费系统的设计思路和具体实现,重点描述了基于Client Server和Browser Server结构的数据库管理系统的解决方案,细致地分析了整个系统的实现过程。该系统的特点是充分利用计算机网络的优势,实现自来水公司的水费抄收与结算、WWW服务等功能。
This paper introduces the design principle and realization method of a water rate MIS based on computer network,emphasizes the way to realize a database MIS based on C/S and B/S structures,and also analyzes the process of building the whole system in detail.Taking full advantage of computer network,this system can receive the data source and charge expediently and provide WWW service by Internet.
