摘要
结合当前的高校国有资产管理工作的特点，采用目前流行的MS SQL SERVER数据库技术和DELPHI开发工具编制了一个信息管理系统，对各功能模块进行介绍与分析。
Considering the characteristics of the current administration of state assets in universities and colleges, by dint of the currently popular MS SQL SERER database technology and developing tool——DELPHI, the information management system is compiled. In this article the individual functional module of the information administration system is introduced and analyzed.
