摘要
根据专科学校的教学特点,将实验室管理体制由三级管理改为学校一级管理,减少了管理层次,增加了实验室的自主权,调动了实验室的积极性,提高了管理效益。
The threelevel laboratory administrative system was changed into onelevel management according to the teaching characteristics of our medical college. This kind of practice can reduce the administrative levels, increase the decisionmaking power, promote the initiative of experimental staffs and improve the administrative effect.
