摘要
文章在分析传递性偏好断面规模问题的起源的基础上,探讨满足Coombs条件和Black条件的传递性偏好断面规模问题.通过分析满足Coombs条件和Black条件偏好序的表示形式,给出Coombs条件和Black条件下的传递性偏好断面规模的计算式,并对满足Coombs条件和Black条件的传递性偏好断面规模进行比较.所得结论表明:Coombs条件和Black条件虽能确保过半数规则的有效性,但却限制了个体的自由选择,但与Coombs条件相比,Black条件对个体自由选择的约束相对较弱.
In this paper, the authors investigate the origin of the admissible number of preference profile with transitivity (ANPPT) and discuss this problem under the conditions of Coombs and Black. First, the forms of preference orderings under Coombs and Black conditions are respectively analyzed. Then, the algorithms for ANPPT under either of the two conditions are given. Finally the ANPPTs under either of the two conditions are compared. The results show that although the two conditions allow the effectiveness of Simple Majority Voting, they limit individuals' freedom of choice. It is also shown that Black condition exerts less limitation on individuals' freedom of choice than Coombs condition.
