摘要
虹吸管出水断流装置是基于流体力学虹吸原理、控制水泵出水通与断的装置。本文应用量纲分析方法,对虹吸管出水断流装置的虹吸流建立过程、虹吸流断流过程和虹吸稳定流状态等三种工况进行了分析,提出了各个工况或工况中的不同阶段所应遵循的流体力学相似准则。研究结果表明,在进行虹吸管出水断流装置水力模型试验时,对虹吸稳定流状态和虹吸流建立过程的第二阶段,只要满足模型和实型的傅汝德数相等即可;对虹吸流建立过程的第一阶段和虹吸流断流过程,则还应满足模型和实型的压差系数相等,但这是难以做到的。目前仅保持傅汝德相似的虹吸管模型试验,预报虹吸流建立时间和断流时间将略偏小。
The function of siphon unit based on fluid mechanics siphon principle is to control turnon and turnoff of pump outflow. Applying the dimension analysis method, siphonic flow forming course, siphonic flow breaking course and siphonic stable flow were analyzed, and fluid mechanics similarity criteria satisfied in various operation conditions was presented. The research results show that in hydraulic model tests, Froude similarity law should be satisfied for siphonic stable flow and second phase of siphonic flow formation course, and a pressure difference coefficient besides Froude number has to be considered for first phase of siphonic flow forming course and siphonic flow breaking course, but it is difficult to realize. In the hydraulic model tests of siphon unit based on Froude similarity, the prediction values of siphonic flow formation time and break time will be shorter than corresponding values of prototype respectively.
