摘要
2005年9月3日昌化附近出现历史罕见的特大暴雨,昌化水文站实测3h降雨量达441.6mm,占次雨量93.9%,破全省实测记录,位全国实测记录第二位。本文对这次暴雨中山塘水库的蓄泄调查、河段洪水调查、建立峰量关系,推算山塘水库和特小流域内的调查暴雨,从而合理勾绘等值线。
On Sept. 3, 2005, an extraordinary storm occurred around Changhua Town, which is very infrequent in history. Changhua Station gauged 441.3mm of rainfall in three hours, which is 93.9% of the total, broke the observational record in Zhejiang Province and ranked the second in China. This paper investigated the storage and outflow in ponds and reservoirs and flood of river reach in the rainstorm, with which we can establish the relation between the peak and volume of flood, and so as to calculate the rainfall volume in ponds and reservoirs and small watershed, and the isopleth can be delineated reasonably at last.
