下花园发电厂 3号炉自投产以来 ,高温对流过热器曾数次出现超温、爆管现象。针对这一问题 ,在深入调研的基础上 ,进行了全方位的分析和计算 ,提出了改造方案 :高温对流过热器整体翻转 180°、并增加受热面。该厂进行了改造后的试运行、热力试验和验收工作。全部焊口都进行了射线检查 ,焊接质量的一次合格率大于 98% ,改造后主汽温度达到额定值 ,锅炉效率提高了 0 4 4%。本次改造的成功 。
