摘要
电子陶瓷近十年来取得了引人注目的重大进展,世界各先进工业国纷纷投入大量人力和资金进行电子陶瓷的最新研究和开发,竞争十分激烈。电子陶瓷在几大领域正在取得新突破,情报通讯相关材料和元件向微小化、高功能化发展,环境相关材料以开发非铅系压电材料为主流,能源相关领域以最新型的再生(二次)电池和燃料电池为开发趋势,更引人注目的是热电变换元件的研究和开发最具有极大的社会和经济效益潜力,可望带来新世纪的技术和产业革新。本文较系统地介绍了国内外电子陶瓷最新研究动向和开发趋势,为赶超世界先进水平提供动向资料。
Great progres has been made in electronic ceramics these years.As the world main advanced industrial countries have been investing large manpower and fund in the new R&D of electronic ceramics,the competition is very fierce.New breakthrough of electronic ceramics has been made in several key fields.Information and communication and powerful function.Environment related materials are developing with the trend of non-lead piezoelectric materials.Energy related field is developing with the trend of new re-generated cell and fuel cell.The noticeable improvement is the great social and economic benefits produced by the R&D of thermoelec-tricity transform elements,which will bring new century’s technical and industrial innovation.This paper gives a systematic introduction to the new R&D trend in electronic ceramics at home and abroad to provide tendency materials for our country’s catching up with and surpass the world’s advanced levels.
