摘要
文章概述了建筑卫生陶瓷企业的主要特点,采用PEST模型分析了中国建筑卫生陶瓷企业的竞争环境,利用美国管理学家MichaelPorter的观点对行业竞争进行了系统的讨论,找出了影响企业发展的五种因素的权重,指出现有的竞争者对竞争强度影响最大,未来几年,建陶企业的竞争主要是低成本竞争。
The article discussed the major features of construction sanitary ceramic enterprise,and analyzed its competing environment by PEST model and Michael Porter' s view.It is found that competition of enterprises will be very sharp about low production costing in the coming years.It is showed that the most important one of five factories influences on the enterprises developing is of competition between existing enterprises
