摘要
工业企业火灾、爆炸事故具有原因复杂、后果严重、事故突发、难以控制的特征 ,必须要采取消除和控制点火源、控制可燃物与助燃物的结合、防止燃烧释放有毒有害气体的扩散、防止反应失控型火灾爆炸事故、建立完善的消防灭火系统等对策 ,按照“预防为主 ,防消结合”的消防工作方针 ,依据《中华人民共和国消防法》 。
Fire and explosion accidents in industrial enterprises have the characteristics of complicated reasons, serious consequences, unexpected happening, difficult to control. So it is necessary for us to take measures such as eliminating and controlling the ignition source, controlling the combination of combustibility substances and combustion supporting substances, deployment detectors、scrubbing systems、cushion systems to poisonous and pernicious gases, doing well fire prevention and explosion prevention work to the interaction systems, prevention of out of controlling reaction fire and explosion accidents, doing well combustibles and explosives storing、spare materials and waste materials management , limiting the extension and spread of fire accidents, establishing very well fire controlling and fire extinguishing systems etc. According to the policy of fire fighting “prevention is central, combination of prevention with elimination' and the fire fighting law of the People's Republic of China, industrial enterprises should be sure to enhance their fire prevention and explosion prevention and safety management work in fire controlling.
